[ICML] Poster Pick up Information |

All authors need to pick up their poster the day they are presenting.
Authors can pick up their poster at the poster pick-up area which is located in the Foyer of Hall B2 (East Gate) at COEX.
Poster pick-up hours are as follows:
- Tuesday, July 7, 9:00 - 18:00
- Wednesday, July 8th, 9:00 - 18:00
- Thursday, July 9th, 9:00 - 18:00
- Friday, July 10th, 7:30 - 12:30
- Saturday, July 11th, 7:30 - 7:30 - 12:30
Please also review the following frequently asked questions:
1. Early Pickup on July 6
For attendees who specifically requested early pickup, we will operate the pickup desk on July 6 as an exception.
Please note that posters can only be picked up during the designated pickup hours on that day, so be sure to check the scheduled time before visiting.
- Monday, July 6, 10:00 - 14:00
2. Picking Up Your Poster Before Your Presentation Day
All ordered posters will be printed and delivered to the venue by July 7.
However, we recommend picking up your poster on your presentation day, as it is the most convenient option and means you won't need to carry it around the venue beforehand.
Please note that pickup may take a little longer if:
you wish to collect your poster before your presentation day,
your presentation date has changed, or
your presentation date was not provided with your order.

For participants who were unable to place their orders before the deadline, our Post-Deadline Printing Service will be available from next Monday through 11:59 PM (KST) on June 24.
Please note that all post-deadline orders will incur an additional $10 surcharge compared to the regular order price.
