I was curious how many days prior to pickup are needed to print a poster? If I send the file 2 days ahead of time, is that long enough? Thanks!

It depends on the conference schedule.
You can find the degignated deadline of each conference when you are ordering.
For ISAES, July 16 will be the date.

I will be coming to the ICEM conference on 6/14 and wondered where I would be able to pick up my poster. The guidelines state it will be delivered for pickup at the poster center on 6/12 and 6/13. Thank you.

You can pick up your poster at poster session area on your presentation day.
We run the pick up desk from 6/12 to 6/15 (08:00-14:00).

The dealdline of ICEM2019 is June 9.
It takes generally 1 day but we need to label, pack and deliver to congress site. Also we will do a courtesy check for anything that is grossly problematic, like wrong size document, really bad alignments, graphics that are very low quality and text that cannot be read because of bad resolution.

I feel sorry that this is very last minutes request and we've closed the submission of BEEM 2018. Due to the distance and presentation schedule, we can't handle your poster. All sumitted posters are printed out and delivered to Conference venue.
