I have submitted three poster presentations for ICBMT 2026 with abstract number AO-0181, AO-0277 and AO-0276, but have not mentioned poster code. The poster codes are PP05-14, PP05-13 and PP06-24 scheduled for presentation on September 17, September 17 and September 18 respectively. Could you please let me know if any more details are needed.

1. Early Pickup on July 6
For attendees who specifically requested early pickup, we will operate the pickup desk on July 6 as an exception.
Please note that posters can only be picked up during the designated pickup hours on that day, so be sure to check the scheduled time before visiting.

2. Picking Up Your Poster Before Your Presentation Day
All ordered posters will be printed and delivered to the venue by July 7.
However, we recommend picking up your poster on your presentation day, as it is the most convenient option and means you won't need to carry it around the venue beforehand.
Please note that pickup may take a little longer if:
you wish to collect your poster before your presentation day,
your presentation date has changed, or
your presentation date was not provided with your order.

If you place your order at least 24 hours before your presentation, your poster will be ready for pickup at the conference venue.
